Although the hatchery on Hoy/Scott creek raises Chum and Coho salmon, you can also find Pink Salmon, Cutthroat and Steelhead trout. Several coarse fish as well as Crayfish have also been found in the creeks.

The many different types of fish are all reliant on the return of the salmon each year. These returning fish bring nutrients to the creek from the ocean, which supports the overall ecosystem of the creeks.
